Mel Lim

Mel Lim has been in Sacramento since 1978. She graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Human Development and then did 2 yrs at UCD extension program in Public Relations and Marketing. Mel then journeyed into a 12 year sales career in banking, pharmaceutical, and medical sales throughout the Central Valley.

Mel decided to go into business for herself, focusing on health care and wellness for 12 years. She then moved to Napa to be close to her mom and decided to start her own concierge business for the last 2.5 years in Napa County. She has taken roles of being a confidant, advisor, educator, and salesperson her whole business career.

Mel currently is a mobile notary with 6 years experience. Mel had a little realtor experience in 2005 but decided to pursue becoming a small business owner, due to housing market conditions.

Mel has decided to land back into real estate as of 2020 to help people with life's great milestone of home ownership. Her relationship to dedicate herself to people to help is key to her successes. She has visited her family in the Napa area since 2006 and decided to move to Napa in 2017. Her drive to succeed in helping find your new home or selling your old one is of utmost importance.

She is the owner and operator of Mel the Go to Girl Concierge and worked with many realtors to clean and pack homes to be put on the market. She still does in a limited capacity as she develops her real estate career with her mentor Lee Miller.
